Responsibilities
  • Work with professional individuals on products specific to the transportation industry for school buses, mass transit trains and buses, law enforcement vehicles, and locomotives.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with products and software.
  • Assist with customer returns.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose the problem in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with other internal departments to handle the customer's technical needs.
  • Be self-motivated, punctual, professional and dependable.
Experience/Skills Preferred
  • Help Desk Support with IT experience.
  • High school or equivalent.
Job Type

Full-time, on-site (no remote work or travel)

Schedule
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8AM to 5PM
